Team Leader Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Vicky is a dedicated and highly accomplished Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in counselling, social work, and psychosocial recovery. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Counselling from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University.
As Team Leader for Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching at Wellspace Australia, Vicky leads a skilled team of coordinators and coaches while managing her own caseload, ensuring participants receive the highest-quality support. She also leads Wellspace’s Psychosocial Recovery Coaching training and development, ensuring all team members are fully equipped, skilled, and supported to deliver participant-focused services that meet best-practice standards.
Vicky has a deep understanding of human behaviour and therapeutic interventions, and she is recognised as a subject matter expert for complex cases related to domestic violence, trauma, and psychosocial recovery. She brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and professional excellence.
