Level 1 Support Connection (also known as Support Connection) is the foundational level of NDIS support coordination, designed to help you understand and use your NDIS plan with confidence. It provides capacity‑building support that strengthens your ability to connect with funded supports, community, mainstream and informal services, and understand how your plan works for you.

At this level, our experienced Support Coordinators work with you to:

• Break down your NDIS plan in clear, easy‑to‑understand terms so you know your supports, budgets and options.

• Connect you with NDIS providers and appropriate community and mainstream services that match your needs and goals.

• Help you make informed decisions about your supports and how to use your plan effectively.

• Support you to build skills and confidence to coordinate your supports more independently over time.
