Team Leader Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Renee is an experienced and values-driven leader with nearly 20 years of expertise across the community services and disability sectors. She is recognised for her commitment to delivering high-quality, participant-centred services while fostering strong, supportive, and high-performing teams.

As Team Leader for Queensland, Renee leads a team of Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, providing day-to-day leadership, guidance, mentoring and clinical oversight while maintaining her own caseload. She is passionate about building team capability and ensuring services are delivered consistently in line with best-practice standards, organisational values and participant outcomes.

Throughout her career, Renee has demonstrated excellence in workforce development, mentoring, coaching and reflective practice. Her leadership style combines operational excellence with a genuine commitment to people, creating environments where both participants and team members feel supported, valued and empowered to achieve their full potential.

Renee brings extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs and has a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality assurance and best-practice governance frameworks. She holds certifications in Personal Outcome Measures (POMs) and Optimal Individual Service Design (OISD), reflecting her dedication to person-centred approaches, continuous improvement and delivering services that are both meaningful and effective.

Known for her collaborative, authentic and compassionate approach, Renee works closely with participants, families and teams to create positive and lasting outcomes. She is deeply committed to ensuring every person is supported to build capacity, strengthen independence and pursue their goals, aspirations and rights.
