Naomi is a highly skilled and trusted leader with extensive experience across finance, intake, recruitment and administration in the disability and community services sector. As Wellspace Australia’s Finance & Intake Manager, Naomi oversees all financial operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and long-term financial sustainability for the organisation.
Equally integral to her role, Naomi leads the full participant intake journey. She manages referrals, onboarding, documentation verification, funding setup, and participant exits, ensuring every transition into and out of Wellspace is seamless, compliant, and person-centred. Working closely with the leadership team, she brings clarity, structure, and responsiveness to every step of the intake process.
Naomi plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of Wellspace’s systems, documentation and data. She implements robust frameworks for CRM accuracy, billing consistency, and claims processing, ensuring all teams uphold best-practice standards. Through detailed reporting, KPI tracking, and operational insights, she supports executive decision-making and strengthens organisational alignment across service delivery.
