NDIS Support Coordination - Team Leader

 

Wellspace Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced NDIS Team Leader who has extensive experience supporting people with complex mental health and/or a disability.

We have a position in the following area:

  • Campbelltown 

As a Team Leader, you will assist Support Coordinators to provide the best supports and empower each of our participants to reach their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Our Support Coordinators are passionate, experienced and are committed to providing a person-centred and strengths-based approach. We believe that the right candidate will focus on their strengths and support our team to flourish. The selected successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 year’s experience in the sector and navigating the NDIS to support our clients to reach their full potential.

Additional Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years in leadership, 4 years in the community services field

  • Have a strong understanding of the NDIS and relevant supports available in the area

  • Experience working with participants who have complex mental health and/or disability

  • Motivated and passionate to make a difference

  • Have excellent listening and verbal communication skills

  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Understand that you will need to grow your  teams caseload

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and be proficient with technology including being able to write reports and emails in a professional manner

  • Ability to monitor and maximise participant’s NDIS budgets and high-level administrative skills to ensure all requirements are met within the required timeframe

  • Demonstrated strong time management skills including being able to prioritise tasks

  • Have a Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

NDIS Independent Support Coordinator

 

Wellspace Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced Independent NDIS Support Coordinator who has extensive experience supporting people with complex mental health and/or a disability.

We have multiple positions in the following areas:

  • Illawarra, South West Sydney, Western Sydney, Blue Mountains/Lithgow, Sydney, North Sydney and Dubbo.

As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will assist participants to coordinate their supports and empower participants to reach their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Our Support Coordinators are passionate, experienced and are committed to providing a person-centred and strengths-based approach. We believe that when you focus on someone’s strengths, they have the ability to flourish and improve their overall wellbeing. All of our Support Coordinators have a minimum of 4 years experience in the sector and navigating the NDIS to support our clients to reach their full potential.

  • Generous hourly rate $50 - $60 per hour
